NOW HIRING SPA SALES MANAGER!
 
Our NEW Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at- 7236 Bell Creek Rd, Unit -G, Mechanicsville, VA 23111 is seeking a full-time spa manager. At Hand and Stone Mechanicsville, VA we are an independently owned and operated spa, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry.
 
The ideal spa manager has a proven track record of growing a new business, with experience in creating measurable goals and motivating a team. Bring your established specific strategies and demonstrated history! Helpful to have membership model, and franchising experience.
 
Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
 
  • Membership Conversion –minimum 25% membership conversion
  • Staffing— Service Provers Utilization of 70 – 75%. Staffing service providers and front desk to support booking volume. Success will be measured on overall provider and spa room utilization.
  • Brand Awareness – this will be based on lead gen and prospect count of potential members.
What you need to succeed in this role:
 
  • 4 to 5 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, retail, commission based or membership sales model, with a large focus on driving profitability and coaching to goals.
  • Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.
  • Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way
  • Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation
  • Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa
  • Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery
 What’s in it for you? 
  • $50,000- $55,000 base salary 
  • Commision based on spa sales of memberships.
  • 2 weeks PTO after 90 days

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
