- Membership Conversion –minimum 25% membership conversion
- Staffing— Service Provers Utilization of 70 – 75%. Staffing service providers and front desk to support booking volume. Success will be measured on overall provider and spa room utilization.
- Brand Awareness – this will be based on lead gen and prospect count of potential members.
- 4 to 5 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, retail, commission based or membership sales model, with a large focus on driving profitability and coaching to goals.
- Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.
- Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way
- Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection
- Maintain a clean and organized spa
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery
- $50,000- $55,000 base salary
- Commision based on spa sales of memberships.
- 2 weeks PTO after 90 days
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses and incentive based on membership goals.
