Our NEW Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at- 7236 Bell Creek Rd, Unit -G, Mechanicsville, VA 23111 is seeking a full-time Spa Sales manager. At Hand and Stone Mechanicsville, VA we are an independently owned and operated spa, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry. 

The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service


Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
 

  • Spa Growth – Including but not limited to membership conversion 
  • Brand Awareness— Connecting with the local community and schools 
  • Team Development— Are you able to train and grow your team? 
  • Gift card sales— be comfortable selling during the holidays

You will work with our team to make sure our Hand and Stone becomes one of the top preforming locations. We are dedicated to the future of our team members, to help them excel and grow with our spa. What you need to succeed in this role: 

  • 2 to 3 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, or retail industry 
  • Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team. 
  • Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way 
  • Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation 
  • Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments 
  • Strong and clear communication skills 
  • Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection 
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa
  • Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
